The elegant look of classic wood is now available with a virtually maintenance free fiberglass exterior. The 5500 Series is protected with a light-weight yet durable and impact resistant fiberglass, adding character and value to your home for years of trouble free service.

The impact resistant fiberglass skin and accent battens are laminated to the steel sections with high performance adhesives. The base sections and accent battens are then pre-finished in white, almond or sandstone before passing through an accelerated curing oven.
